Q&A
Feel free to reach out as early as possible — no matter how far in advance — so we can secure your ideal date and time! For smaller events, we recommend a minimum of 2–4 weeks notice, and for larger events, 6–8 weeks is best. HOW SOON IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK MY EVENT ORDER :
Cake Topper Care :

We recommend keeping your topper in the packaging until you are ready to use it to avoid damaging the product.

Your cake toppers are sturdy but delicate. Please remember to handle them with care!

If your cake topper features lights please avoid any moisture.

To turn on the lights pull the tab and when not in use you can reinsert the tab to preserve the battery life.

For Acrylic cake toppers, we have included an alcohol wipe to remove any fingerprints or smudges! Lightly wipe your topper, do not scrub as it may scratch the material!

(Do not use on any cake toppers that have an acrylic paint fill)

HOW LONG DO BALLOONS LAST:
We can not guarantee how long balloons will last as it depends on their surrounding environment. Temperature, humidity, or any balloon add-ons are some factors that can adjust the longevity of your balloons.
Please try to make sure you have us place the balloons where you want them, but if you have to move them, just use basic balloon care! Try not to let them touch rough surfaces such as (walls, floors, grass, trees, cars, etc.) as you never know what might be on them to damage the balloons.
Accidents happen! We'll replace any balloons that we pop, but we are not responsible for any balloons you pop or let go of!
What we can guarantee is that we are confident in the quality of our work and the products we use!
BALLOON SAFETY & DISPOSAL :
In consideration of the environment, we use all biodegradable balloons that are 100% sustainable. Please keep all balloons secured to weight, and depose deflated and popped balloons!
DO NOT RELEASE ANY BALLOONS INTO THE AIR OR YOU CAN BE FINED!
Let's do our best to keep our earth as beautiful as possible!
POPING BALLOONS/ EVENT BREAKDOWN :
We do not pop the balloons unless requested , We like to allow ouR clients to get the most out of the purchase product! If you would like for us to add a breakdown fee to your service please contact us!
Cancellations :
If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us directly at 240-233-4691 (call/text) or by email at TwoChicksandaPartyLLC@gmail.com.
All deposits made to secure the date of your event are non-refundable. However, if the event is canceled, a credit will be held on your account indefinitely and can be used in the future.
